Offerings:
- Seafood Dressing - cornbread dressing filled w/crawfish, shrimp, & lump crab meat
- Seafood Gumbo - New Orleans style gumbo w/chicken, andouille sausage, shrimp & blue crab (rice not included)
- Chicken & Sausage Gumbo - flavorful New Orleans Style Gumbo w/succulent chicken meat & andouille sausage.
- Shrimp & Potato Casserole - shrimp and potatoes w/cheese in a delicious butter sauce

Please allow 72 hrs for pickup. Menu items will be par-cooked & require reheating prior to serving. Please see reheating information below.

Gumbo: Pour contents into large sauce pot, bring to a low simmer until 165 degrees. Eat, freeze or discard within 72 hrs of purchase.

Dressing: Place pan in oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or until warmed throughly and golden brown. Eat, freeze or discard within 72 hrs of purchase.

Casserole: Place pan in oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or until warmed throughly and golden brown. Eat or discard within 72 hrs of purchase.
